1. Informational content

1. Contenido informativo

APUS OF HOUSTON, LLC publishes apusofhouston.com under the APU’s of Houston name to explain Go Green APU™ products and installation. General website information is not an inspection of your truck, an engineering determination, a confirmed quote or a promise that a particular configuration will fit your vehicle. Confirm the relevant information with us before ordering or authorizing work.

2. Fuel consumption and savings

2. Consumo de combustible y ahorro

Manufacturer fuel-consumption figures and illustrative comparisons are reference values, not a guaranteed result for every truck or operating condition. Fuel price, idling hours avoided, climate, load, maintenance, unit configuration and installation affect actual consumption and savings. Any savings example must state its assumptions; this site does not guarantee a dollar amount, payback period or percentage reduction for every customer.

3. Specifications, photographs and options

3. Especificaciones, fotos y opciones

Product photographs may show optional accessories or a model configuration different from the unit quoted. Confirm dimensions, clearances, weight, electrical output, climate-control capacity and included accessories for the specific unit. Specifications belong to their stated manufacturer source and may change; a pictured feature is not automatically included in every purchase.

4. New and remanufactured equipment

4. Equipos nuevos y reconstruidos

The unit’s condition—new, remanufactured or used—must be identified in the transaction documents, together with any applicable warranty. Do not assume that a new-unit warranty applies unchanged to a remanufactured unit, or that all remanufactured units are sold without a warranty. An “as-is” condition, if lawfully offered, must be expressly agreed for that particular transaction; it is not imposed on every product by this page.

5. Manufacturer and installation warranties

5. Garantías del fabricante y de instalación

Go Green APU™ and engine warranties are subject to their own written coverage, time/hour limits, exclusions and claim procedures. Ask for the relevant documents before purchase. The installer is not the manufacturer, and use of a manufacturer’s name does not establish an unverified certification or exclusive-dealer status. This notice does not nullify an express warranty, an agreed installation obligation or a mandatory statutory protection.

6. Installation, maintenance and safety

6. Instalación, mantenimiento y seguridad

Equipment must be selected, installed, operated and maintained according to the applicable manufacturer instructions and vehicle requirements. Website material is not a substitute for a qualified inspection or installation. Do not use an APU in a manner that obstructs ventilation, directs exhaust into occupied spaces or contradicts safety instructions. Confirm local idling, emissions and installation requirements for your route and vehicle; owning an APU is not a universal exemption from every rule.

7. Quotes, scheduling and availability

7. Cotizaciones, programación y disponibilidad

A preliminary inquiry does not reserve equipment or an installation date. Price, taxes, delivery or travel charges, stock and scheduling must be confirmed in writing. Additional work requires authorization. The relevant accepted written agreement governs the transaction, subject to applicable law; this website does not independently create a financing, returns or delivery promise.

8. Testimonials, links and ownership

8. Testimonios, enlaces y propiedad

A testimonial or description of past work illustrates an individual experience, not a guaranteed future result. Third-party websites are governed by their own content and policies. Go Green APU™ and other product marks belong to their respective owners; licensed or third-party photographs remain the property of their owners. Referencing a product does not transfer its intellectual-property rights or make the installer its manufacturer.
